Week 7 Assessment

week 7 Assessment

This week we are on our way to build the 2nd version of the payable. I am responsible for creating concepts for in-game background environment. I sketched out the rough idea for 4 basic stages and determine the color palettes. Next week I will be generate different layers of environment and determine which part belongs to the level design and which part belongs to the non-interactive environment background.

week 6 Assessment

This week we completed the first playable with team. My other team mates spent time on programming, I put more time into designing the levels for future playable versions.
I helped conducting the play testing sessions including giving instructions and asking questions.

Week 4 Assessment

This week the focus of our team is to focus on figuring out the core loop of the game and the overall concept of level design. Since I am responsible of doing the level design and environment, I did a  few art background that may be placed in the actual game to fit our mood of Steampunk. Also the game world map which follow the location of the game plots
